On the eve of dressmaker Wendy's 18th birthday, she receives a mysterious package from her grandmother. Does it contain all the secrets to make her a master tailor? Before she can find out, a fiendish burglar steals into her shop and makes off with not only the present, but her favorite dummy. Now the thief is heading to London, and Wendy has to make enough money to purchase a ticket to chase him.
